Ingredients for Coconut Tamarind Chutney
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Dry Red Chilli - 2 to 4
- Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 3 tblspn
- Coconut - 1 cup grated
- Tamarind - 1 small piece
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
How to make Coconut Tamarind Chutney
- Heat oil in a pan, add in chilli and urad dal and cook till golden.
- Add in coconut, tamarind and toss well for 2 mins,.
- Now take this in a blender, add salt to taste. Add little water at a time and puree till smooth.
- Serve with idli or dosa.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 to 4 Dry Red Chilli
- 3 tbsp Urad dal
- 1 cup Coconut grated
