Colourful Vegetable & Fruit Salad – Healthy Recipes / Summer Special Recipes

Lovely vegetable salad

A simple yet filling salad…The combination of sourness from Green apple and sweetness from regular apple is perfect together..So hope you all will give this a try….

Ingrediants:
Cucumber-1
Carrot-1
Apple-1
Green Apple-1
Lemon juice-1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Sugar-1 tsp
Pepper to taste
Method:
Chop all the vegetables and apple into bite size pieces.Put that into a mixing bowl.
Add in salt,sugar,pepper and lemon juice and toss well.
Serve immediately.
