    Corn Puttu

We make puttu often in my house, most of the time it is rice based one. But i love my ragi puttu and wheat puttu. I bought a packet of broken corn recently and looking for recipes to try it out. Made cornmeal idli from it and this is my second recipe. I have few more left in that, i am planning to make upma with it.

The cool thing about this recipe is, not only it taste great but i love to look at the bright yellow colour of it. It will be kids favourite too. You can have it with chana curry or boiled green gram & papadum or my all time favourite ripe banana, sugar and ghee.
