Creamy Egg sandwich

Creamy Egg Sandwich
Sandwich are one of the easiest thing to do.Especially this one is a breeze,because this involve no cooking,just mix everything up,stuff it and grill it.When I was going through one of my cookbook I saw this recipe and I made it immediately,it was so simple, and Don’t forget to check the Refreshing Watermelon Juice,that i posted below this.So Hope you try this recipe and please please leave comments…

Ingrediants:
Egg-4 hard boiled and chopped
Capsicum-1/4 chopped finely
Spring onion-2 chopped finely
Coriander leaves-1/2 cup chopped
Green chilli-2 chopped finely
Pepper-1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Sugar-1 tsp(optional)
Vinegar-1 tsp
Mayonnaise-1/2 cup
Bread slices
Method:
In a bowl add mayonnaise,capsicum,spring onions,coriander leaves,green chilli,vinegar,salt,sugar,pepper and mix well.
Add in the chopped eggs and mix well.
Now assemble the sandwich by applying a generous spoonful of this mixture on top of a bread and close it with another one bread.(You could just sprinkle a little cheese on it)
Apply butter(I used mayonnaise) on both sides and grill them in a sandwich maker or a tawa.Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.

Ur ingrediants
Take a bowl…
add some mayo…
and your capsicum,cilantro,spring onion and green chilli
season with pepper…
salt and sugar
add some vinegar
and your hard boiled eggs
mix well
take a slice of bread
add some filling over this
Cover it with the other slice
Spread some mayo on both sides
Put it in your sandwich maker
Done…
