Crispy Cheese Balls Recipe – Paneer & Cheese Balls Recipe

Many of you asked me to share toddler recipes, so couple days back i tried few recipes and it turned out delicious.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 1 mins
Serves:4

Ingredients:
Paneer – 1 cup
grated
Cheese – 1 cup
grated
Dried Oregano – 1
tsp
Dried Parsley
-1  tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Flakes –
1 tsp
All Purpose Flour /
Maida – 3/4 cup + 1/4 cup
Breadcrumbs as
needed
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Mix all ingredients
from paneer to chilli flakes. Divide it into small balls.
Take 3/4 cup all
purpose flour in a bowl, add water and make it into a thick batter.
Take 1/4 cup of
flour in a bowl. Take the paneer ball, roll it in flour, dip in the batter,
coat in breadcrumbs.
Chill the ball for
30 mins.
Now deep fry till
golden brown.

mix well
shape into balls
take all purpose flour
add water
make it into a thick batter
take breadcrumbs in a bowl
time to assemble
roll the ball in plain flour
dip in all purpose flour batter
coat in breadcrumbs
done
deep fry in hot oil
drain

    Instead of maida can I roll it in egg and then in breadcrumbs
