Cucumber Chia Fresca Recipe
Ingredients
- Cucumber - 3 cups peeled and chopped
- Lemon Juice to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Chia Seeds - 1 tblsp
Instructions
- Soak chia seeds in water for few hours so it can bloom.
- Take cucumber in a blender and puree till smooth.
- Strain it.
- Add lemon juice and sugar. MIx well.
- Chill for few hours.
- Serve cold.
