Cucumber Chia Fresca Recipe – Cucumber Chia Drink Recipe with step wise pictures.

Cucumber Chia Fresca is a delicious drink on a hot day. Refreshing easy cucumber lemon juice or cucumber lemon chia drink which taste so yummy on this hot summer days.

This is a drink which taste so delicious. If you want you can add a small piece of ginger in with the juice. Cucumber has lots of water content and having this during hot summer days will make you so hydrated.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 3 cups peeled and chopped
  • Lemon Juice to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Chia Seeds - 1 tblsp

Instructions

  • Soak chia seeds in water for few hours so it can bloom.
  • Take cucumber in a blender and puree till smooth.
  • Strain it.
  • Add lemon juice and sugar. MIx well.
  • Chill for few hours.
  • Serve cold.

2)Peel the cucumber

4)Chop into small pieces

5)Take it in a blender

6)Puree till smooth

7)Place a strainer over a bowl.

8)Pour it in

9)Press and extract as much juice as possible

10)Clear cucumber juice

11)Add lemon juice

12)Add sugar to taste

13)Mix well.

14)Add bloomed chia seeds in

15)Mix well

16)Serve
