    Egg Bonda

    This is a simple bonda recipe which i made using the homemade bajji bonda mix. It turned out to be super soft and super delicious. I served it with plain rasam rice and curd rice.

    Ingredients for Easy Egg Bonda

    • Bajji Bonda Mix - ½ cup (Recipe here)
    • Egg - 1
    • Water as needed
    • Oil for Deep frying

    This is an easy version of mutta bonda. I have already made  egg bajji recipe here. This is another version which has egg cracked inside the batter. If you don't have bajji bonda mix on hand, you can make it from scratch by mixing gram flour, rice flour and few more spices.

    How to Make Easy Egg Bonda

    1. Mix bonda mix, egg, water in a bowl and make it to a smooth batter.
    2. Heat oil for deep frying. Drop batter in oil and fry till golden.
    3. Drain it and serve.
