Easy Pineapple Cake Recipe

Recipe Source: Mom on Timeout Super moist and very pineappley cake taste so tasty. It is very easy to make and the cake is great for parties too.
  • Egg - 1
  • Sugar - ¾ cup
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1⅛ cup
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Pineapple - 1 cup crushed
  • Frosting of your choice (I used cream cheese frosting)
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a 7 inch square cake pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Take sugar, pineapple, egg, vanilla, salt in a bowl and whisk well.
  3. Add in flour, baking soda and fold gently.
  4. Spoon into a parchment lined baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
  5. Remove and cool completely.
  6. Top with your favorite frosting.,
  7. Chill the cake for few hours.
  8. Slice and serve
