Healthy and delicious spinach poori which is easy to make. This is a great dish to put in kids lunch box.
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Spinach Puree - ½ cup or as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  1. Mix flour, spinach puree, salt to a stiff dough. Set aside for 10 mins.
  2. Take small portion and roll into poori.
  3. Deep fry in oil till puffy and cooked
  4. Drain and serve.
  5. You can cut out any shapes you want using cookie cutter if you are serving this for kids.
