Easy and delicious paneer finger which has very less spices. This makes a great lunch box dish or you can serve this as a after school snack too.
  • Paneer - cut into fingers like
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Cornflour - as needed
  • Water to make slurry
  • Breadcrumbs as needed
  • Oil for deep frying
  1. Mix paneer with salt, pepper and oregano and let it marinate for 10 mins.
  2. Mix cornflour with water. Dip the paneer in this batter and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Deep fry till golden brown.
  4. Serve.
