A kids friendly soya chunks fry which is so tasty and also very healthy for kids. This is great to put in kids lunch box too.
Ingredients
  • Soya Chunks - 1 cup cooked (recipe here)
  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp
  • Oregano - ¼ tsp
  • Cornflour / Cornstarch - 2 tblsp
  • Lemon Juice to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
Instructions
  1. Mix all inrgredients together.
  2. Deep fry in oil till golden.
  3. Serve
