Healthy and easy beetroot idlies which looks so colourful. This is a great recipe to put in your kids lunch box.
  • Beetroot - ¼ cup grated packed
  • Idli Batter - 1 cup
  • Oil for greasing idli plates
  1. Mix batter with beetroots.
  2. Grease idli plates.
  3. Spoon batter into moulds, steam for 5 mins.
  4. Use a spoon to remove the idlies.
  5. Serve.
