Healthy and highly nutritious paneer beetroot paratha which taste so delicious and is very healthy. Perfect to put in your kids lunch box.
  • For Beetroot Dough:
  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Raw Beetroot Puree - ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil or ghee for frying
  • For Filling:
  • Paneer - 1 cup crumbled
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Dry Red Chillies - 2
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  1. Grind beetroot and add to wheat flour with salt. Knead to a soft dough.
  2. Take all ingredients for filling and mix well.
  3. Take some dough, spoon filling in and seal it.
  4. Roll it.
  5. Cook on hot pan applying some ghee on top.
  6. Serve.
