Healthy lunch box which includes chapati, chips and egg. This is a balanced lunch box which is easy to make and taste delicious.
Ingredients
FOR CHAPATI:
  • Wheat flour / Atta - 1 cup
  • Cabbage - ½ cup chopped very finely
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil or Ghee for making chapati
FOR CARROT CHIPS:
  • Carrot - 1 sliced thinly
  • Cornflour - 2 tblsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for deep frying
Instructions
  1. Take flour, cabbage, salt in a bowl and mix well. Add water and knead to a soft dough.
  2. Set aside for 10 mins.
  3. Divide into small balls.
  4. Roll it into chapati.Cook on a hot pan till cooked. Apply oil or ghee when cooking.
  5. Now make carrot chips. mix all ingredients except oil.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Deep fry till crispy. Drain.
  8. Serve.
