Super healthy and nutritious chapati made using banana, carrot. This roti is so soft and such a healthy one.
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Spinach - ½ cup chopped finely
  • Carrot - ¼ grated finely
  • Salt a pinch
  • Oil or ghee for making chapati
  1. Take wheat flour, carrot, spinach and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add in water and knead to a soft dough.
  3. Divide it into equal balls.
  4. Roll it into chapati.
  5. Cook on tawa, apply ghee and cook.
  6. Serve.
