Ice-Cream Cake Recipe

Delicious cake which is made using leftover cherry cake slices and then topped with a creamy tutti fruity icecream. So delicious.
  • Sponge cake or Any cake slices as needed
  • Instant Jelly Packet - 1
  • Whipping Cream Powder - 1 cup
  • Cold Milk - ¾ cup
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk - ½ cup or to taste
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
  • Tutti Fruity - ½ cup
  1. Prepare jelly as per instructions. set aside to set a little in fridge.
  2. Line a pan with foil or plastic wrap and set aside.
  3. Take cake slices and dip in the jelly and arrange it in the pan.
  4. Take whipping cream powder, milk in a bowl and whisk till thick.
  5. Add in condensed milk, vanilla and tutti fruity and fold gently.
  6. Spoon this in to the pan and top with another layer of cake slices dip in jelly. Wrap it well freeze overnight.
  7. Slice and serve.
