Whole Wheat Honey Loaf Cake Recipe

Healthy honey whole wheat cake which not only taste delcious but is highly nutritious and delicious. It has no maida, butter or sugar.
Ingredients
  • Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup (120 grams)
  • Honey - ¾ cup (180 ml)
  • Milk - ½ cup (120 ml)
  • Oil - ¼ cup (60 ml)
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
  • Egg- 1
(MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ML)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Take flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  3. Take egg, honey, oil and milk in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Add in flour mix and fold gently.
  5. Spoon it into baking pan and bake for 35 to 40 mins.
  6. Remove and cool completely before slicing.
  7. Enjoy
