Super moist and delicious chocolate chip loaf cake which is a easy recipe to make and taste so fluffy and soft. It is similar to a pound cake and it is very basic to make.
Ingredients
  • Unsalted Butter - 100 grams
  • Sugar - ¾ cup
  • Vanilla Extract - 2 tsp
  • Eggs - 2
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1¼ cup
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Milk - ¼ cup to ½ cup
  • Chocolate Chips - ½ cup
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Take butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and fold gently.
  5. Add in chocolate chips and mix well.
  6. Add in milk and fold gently.
  7. Spoon into the pan and bake for 30 to 35 mins.
  8. Remove and cool completely.
  9. Slice and serve.
