Easy and quick dosa made using rice flour dosa which is fast to make than you think. Perfect with some coconut or tomato chutney.
  • Rice Flour - 1 cup
  • Coconut - 3 tblsp grated
  • Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for making dosa
  1. Mix rice flour with all ingredients to a thin batter.
  2. Heat a pan, pour batter from a height.
  3. Drizzle oil around the sides.
  4. Cook till golden in the bottom.
  5. Flip over and cook.
  6. Serve.
