Crunchy and crispy granola brittle which are so delicious and taste amazing. You can store this in a air tight container and enjoy it.
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Granola - 1¼ cup
  1. Heat sugar in a nonstick pan on medium heat till it starts to melt.
  2. Once it is melted cook till it gets little light golden colour.
  3. Add in granola and mix well.
  4. Spoon this into parchment paper and use a greased rolling pin to roll it.
  5. Let it cool down.
  6. Break into small pieces or shards and serve.
