Spicy and delicious mutton fry which is melt in mouth and crispy at the same time. This taste so yummy with plain rasam rice or as a appetizer.
  • Mutton - 500 grams boneless
  • Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tblsp
  • Coconut Oil - 3 tblsp
  • Garlic - 10 cloves
  • Green Chillies - 4 slit
  • Curry leaves a handful
  • Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp
  1. Take mutton, salt, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste in a pressure cooker. Add little water and cook for 5 to 6 whistle. Set aside and let the steam escape by itself. Open and remove the meat into a bowl.
  2. Once the meat is cooled. Add spice powder, salt and lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai. Add garlic, curry leaves and chillies and saute for few seconds.
  4. Add in mutton pieces and mix well.
  5. Fry till golden brown.
  6. Serve.
