Healthy and easy bites made using egg and veggies. It will be kids favorite. You can serve it as a snack and taste delicious.
  • Egg - 2
  • Water - 1 tblsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Carrot - 3 tblsp chopped finely
  • Capsicum - 3 tblsp chopped finely
  • Oil as needed
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Spoon this in a greased muffin mould. Steam for 5 to 10 mins.
  3. Cool it a bit. unmould.
