Paneer in White Sauce

This creamy and rich paneer mughlai curry is super delicious when served hot with some naan bread. It is not only easy to make but is so tasty too
Ingredients
  • Paneer - 200 grams cubed
  • Onion - 2 large chopped
  • Green Chillies - 3
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tblsp
  • Oil - 3 tblsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi Leaves - 2 tsp
  • Cream - ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - ½ tsp
Instructions
  1. Grind onions. ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
  2. Heat oil and add the paste. Cook till raw smell leaves.
  3. Add salt, garam masala and pepper and mix well.
  4. Add water and boil covered for 10 mins till oil floats on top.
  5. Add kasuri methi leaves and cream. Mix well.
  6. Add paneer and simmer for 2 to 3 mins.
  7. Serve
