No Potato Poori Masala Recipe

No Potato Curry made with onions and peas. This curry goes well with poori or roti.
Ingredients
  • Oil - 2 tblsp
  • Onion - 3 large sliced thinly
  • Tomato - 1 chopped finely
  • Gram Flour - 2 tblsp
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Frozen Peas - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
FOR GRINDING:
  • Green Chillies - 4
  • Ginger - 2 tblsp
  • Garlic - 6 cloves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Add onions and salt. Cover and cook till onions get soft.
  3. Add ginger green chilli and garlic paste and saute for 1 mins or so.
  4. Add in tomatoes and mix well. Cover and cook till it gets mushy.
  5. Add in spice powders and mix well.
  6. Add in peas and mix well.
  7. Add in water and mix well.
  8. Bring it to a boil.
  9. Add in gram flour mixed with water and mix well to thicken.
  10. Serve.
