Coconut Milk Pudding which has a sweet creamy pudding which is perfect for ramzan.
  • China Grass / Agar Agar - 5 grams
  • Water - ½ cup
  • Sugar - ½ cup to ¾ cup
  • Thick Coconut Milk - 2 cups
  • Cardamom Powder a pinch
  1. Soak china grass in water for 10 mins.
  2. Take it in a sauce pan and melt it. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Now take it off the heat and add in coconut milk and cardamom powder and whisk well.
  4. Pour it in mould. Leave to set in fridge for few hours.
  5. Slice and serve.
