Cajun cauliflower is keto friendly and taste too good. Cajun seasoning adds a nice hint of flavour to the cauliflower.
  • Cauliflower - 2 cups
  • Coconut Oil - 2 tblsp
  • Cajun Seasoning - 1 tsp
  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
  2. Add in cauliflower and mix well. cover and cook on low heat for 7 to 8 mins.
  3. Now add in cajun spice mix and mix well.
  4. Cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  5. Serve.
