Healthy oatmeal recipe with a addition of flax seeds which make this super delicious and nutritious. Try adding fruits and nuts to this to make this more filling.
  • Instant Oats - ½ cup
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar or Honey to taste
  • Milk to taste (if needed)
  • Flax Seeds - 1 tsp + ½ tsp
  1. Take oats, water, 1 tsp flax seeds in a sauce pan and heat it up.
  2. Cook this till it is done and oats in cooked.
  3. Now add in any sweetner as you like, milk to taste and mix well.
  4. Spoon this into serving bowl and top with ½ tsp flax seeds.
  5. Serve.
1) You can add fruits or nuts in this porridge to make it more filling & tasty.
