This bread has a little hint of cheese in them. The interior turn out so soft and fluffy. This bread turns out so good even toasted.
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour / Atta - 2 cup
  • Dry Yeast - 1 tblsp
  • Warm Water - 1.5 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Olive Oil - 3 tblsp
  • Italian Seasoning - 2 tsp
  • Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup grated
  1. Take warm water in a bowl. Add in sugar and mix well. Add in yeast and mix well.
  2. Add in all purpose flour and mix well. Cover and set aside for 10 mins.
  3. Now add in salt and wheat flour and mix well to a soft dough. Apply olive oil and let it stay for 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Now take the dough, punch the air out. Spread the dough out, top with cheese and italian seasoning. Mix well and shape it into a dough.
  5. Take a baking tray and grease it with oil. Place the dough on the tray.
  6. Cover the let it rise for 30 mins.
  7. During the last 10 mins of rising, preheat oven to 200 degree C.
  8. Make a criss cross on the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Pop it in preheated oven and bake for 30 to 40 mins.
  10. Remove and cool completely.
  11. Slice and serve.
