Delicious cheesiest vegetable sandwich which taste so delicious. A great way to sneak veggies in your kids diet.
  • Oil - 1 tblsp + 1 tblsp
  • Garlic - 3 cloves minced
  • Onion - 1 large sliced thinly
  • Bell Peppers / Capsicum - 1 sliced thinly
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 tblsp
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Cheese - 1 cup cubed
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Italian Seasoning to taste
  • Bread slices as needed
  • Oil or butter for pan frying bread
  1. Heat 1 tblsp oil in a pan, add onions and saute for a min. Add in bell peppers and saute for 2 to 3 mins.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and italian seasoning. Remove it to a bowl.
  3. In the same pan, add 1 tblsp of oil and add in all purpose flour. Mix well till raw smell leaves.
  4. Add in milk and mix well. Add in the cheese and mix till it is melted.
  5. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the veggies and mix well.
  7. Take bread slice, spoon some filling in and cover with another bread. Toast both sides in a pan till golden.
  8. Remove and serve.
