Healthy avocado chia pudding which is perfect for breakfast or as a after lunch desert. It is one of my favourite pudding recipe. It is simple, healthy and delicious.
  • Avocado - 1
  • Almond Milk or Regular Milk - 1 cup
  • Honey, Sugar or Maple Syrup as needed
  • Chia Seeds - 3 tblsp
  1. Take avocado, milk and honey in a blender and puree till smooth.
  2. Add chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Put this in fridge for 1 hour so the chia seeds will plump up.
  4. Serve cold
