Healthy no cook pudding made using chia seeds and almond milk. This is a great way to start a day. Super delicious and healthy.
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk or Soy Milk or Regular Milk - 1 cup
  • Honey / Agave - 2 tblsp
  • Chia Seeds - ¼ cup
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Nuts for serving
  1. Mix well ingredients except nuts in a jar.
  2. Put in fridge and leave aside for 2 hour or overnight.
  3. Spoon into bowl and top with nuts
  4. Serve cold.
