Super spicy and flavourful momos chutney which taste lipsmackingly delicious. These chutney can be had with any snacks like pakora or springrolls too.
  • Tomatoes - 2 chopped
  • Dry Red Chilies - 4 to 5
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Water - 1 cup
  1. Take tomatoes, dry red chilli and water in a sauce pan and cook till tomatoes get mushy. Cool it down and take it in a blender.
  2. Add all other ingredients and make it into a fine puree.
  3. Serve with momos
