A gluten free flour substitute for all purpose flour or wheat flour. This can be used in cakes and baked goodies. You can even add this to smoothies too.
  • Almonds - 1 cup
  1. Take it in a blender and powder it finely.
  2. Pass it through a sieve.
  3. Store it in a air tight container or ziploc cover in fridge or freezer.
1)Don't grind it too much else it will get pasty and oily.
2)Store this in a ziploc cover or container in fridge or freezer.
3)This can be stored for over 3 to 5 months in freezer.
