Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Simple and healthy peanut butter cookies which has no flour, eggs or butter in them. Healthy for a on the go breakfast.
Ingredients
  • Oats - ½ cup
  • Coconut - ½ cup
  • Peanut Butter - ½ cup
  • Honey - 4 tblsp
  • Coconut Oil - 4 tblsp
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ml
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Take peanut butter, coconut oil, honey in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add coconut, oats, baking powder and mix well.
  4. Spoon it in a baking pan and flatten it lightly.
  5. Bake it in preheated oven for 8 to 10 mins untill golden.
  6. Remove and cool completely.
  7. Serve or store in a container for later.
