Super crispy gobi or cauliflower fry which is perfect for evening tea or snack. So easy to make and taste very delicious.
  • Cauliflower - 1 medium size cut into florets
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tblsp
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs - ¼ cup
  • Rice Flour - ¼ cup
  • Baking Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Oil for deep frying
  1. Take cauliflower in a sauce pan, add salt and turmeric powder and boil for 3 mins. Drain it and set aside.
  2. Take it in a bowl, add all ingredients except oil and mix well.
  3. Deep fry till golden brown.
  4. Drain and serve.
