Super chewy almond macaroon modified from nigella lawson's recipe. Super delicious and make a light sweet treat for desert.
  • Almond Flour - 1 cup (100 grams) Recipe here
  • Sugar - ¼ cup (50 grams)
  • Egg White - 1
  • Cardamom Powder - ⅛ tsp
  • Rose water for greasing hands
  • Blanched Almonds as needed
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degree C. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Take almonds, sugar, egg white, cardamom in a bowl and mix well to form a sticky dough.
  3. Grease your hands with rose water and take a small portion of dough and roll it into balls.
  4. Arrange on baking pan and place a blanched almonds on top.
  5. Pop it in oven and bake for 10 to 12 mins.
  6. Remove and cool completely.
  7. Serve or store in a air tight container.
