Healthy and nutritious sooji porridge mix for babies. It is rich in carb, protein and fat which makes a great breakfast for babies.
  • Sooji / Semolina / Rava - 1 cup
  • Roasted Gram Dal / Pori Kadalai - ½ cup
  • Cashews - ¼ cup
  • Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
  • Sooji powder - 2 tblsp
  • Water - ½ cup or as needed
  • Sweetner as needed
  1. Roast sooji and cool it down.
  2. Roast gram dal and cashews till golden and remove to a bowl and cool it down.
  3. Take it in a blender, add cardamom and powder finely.
  4. Store in a air tight container.
  5. While making porridge, add some powder in a sauce pan. add water and cook till thickened.
  6. Add sweetner and mix well.
  7. feed your baby.
1)This can be started after 7 months in babies.
2)Store this in fridge for a month.
