Fiery chilli jam or chilli jelly which makes a great side for fried food or with whatever you like. Super delicious and super yummy.
  • Fresh Red Chillies - 10
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Vinegar - ½ cup
  1. Take chillies in a blender and crush them coarse.
  2. Take vinegar and sugar in a sauce pan and bring them to a boil. Boil for 1 min.
  3. Add in chillies and cook for 5 mins.
  4. Take it off the heat and let it cool down.
  5. Store in a clean jar in fridge.
