Healthy and nutritious homemade rice cereal powder which makes a great lunch option for your baby. This is a carb rich cereal for your babies.
  • Rice - 1 cup
  • Rice Powder - 2 tblsp
  • Water - ¾ cup to 1 cup
  • Salt or Sweetner of your choice
  • Ghee - few drops
  1. For making rice cereal. Wash rice and drain it completely.
  2. Dry it out completely.
  3. Take it in a dry pan, roast on a low flame till it is puffed up.
  4. Cool it down.
  5. Powder it fine.
  6. Store in a air tight container.
  7. While making porridge, add some powder in a sauce pan. add water and cook till thickened.
  8. Add sweetner or salt and mix well.
  9. feed your baby.
1)You can start this powder for babies above 6 months.
