Healthy garlic spinach stir fry recipe which taste so delicious as a side dish for your rice or roti too. You can serve it with grilled chicken for a completely meal.
  • Olive Oil - 2 tblsp
  • Garlic - 10 cloves sliced
  • Spinach - 4 cups sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lemon Juice to taste
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add in garlic and saute them.
  2. Add in spinach and cook till wilted.
  3. Add in salt and pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Serve.
