Healthy breakfast idiyappam recipe which is made using yellow corn flour which taste so delicious. Taste great with chutney or kurma.
  • Yellow Corn Flour / Makki Atta- 1 cup
  • Rice Flour - ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Hot Water as needed
  1. Take rice flour, makki atta, salt and in a bowl.
  2. Add hot water and make it to a soft dough,
  3. Fill the dough into idiyappam press and press idiyappam in idli plate.
  4. Steam for 5 to 6 mins.
  5. Serve.
