Delicious hot egg drop soup which taste so delicious on a cold day. It is delicious as it is or as a side for grilled chicken or sandwich
  • Chicken Stock- 3 cups (Recipe here)
  • Ginger - 1 tblsp chopped finely
  • Garlic - 1 tblsp chopped finely
  • Green Chilli - 1 chopped finely
  • Corn Flour / Corn Starch - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Egg - 1 or 2
  • Spring Onion - 3 tblsp chopped finely
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Take chicken stock in a sauce pan. Add in ginger, garlic and chillies. Bring it to a boil.
  2. Add in cornflour which is mixed with water and cook till thicken a little. Add in turmeric powder and mix well. Add salt to taste.
  3. Add in beaten egg in a steady stream and mix gently.
  4. Serve with more chillies and pepper on top.
