Easy peanut butter puffed rice ball taste so delicious. This snack is easy to make and is very good for your kids too.
  • Peanut Butter - ½ cup
  • Butter - ¼ cup
  • Salt a pinch
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Brown Sugar - ¼ cup
  • Puffed rice - 1.5 cups
  • Sprinkles optional
  1. Take all ingredients except sprinkles and puffed rice in a sauce pan and heat till it comes to a boil.
  2. Add in puffed rice and mix well.
  3. Use a icecream scoop to scoop some mix on a plate.
  4. Freeze for 20 mins.
  5. Now take it from fridge. top with some sprinkles and roll it into a ball.
  6. Store in fridge.
  7. Enjoy.
