Rose Vermicelli Popsicle Recipe

Serves: 4 to 6 popsicle
Super refreshing and easy popsicle recipe which can be made in minutes. This rose semiya popsicles is so delicious and can be made in any flavour combo.
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Vermicelli / Semiya - 1 cup fine variety
  • Sugar - ½ cup or to taste
  • Rose Syrup - ¼ cup
  • Cornflour / Cornstarch - 2 tsp
  1. Cook semiya and drain. Set aside.
  2. Mix cornflour in little milk and set aside.
  3. Take milk and sugar in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
  4. Add in the cornflour milk mix and cook for 5 mins.
  5. Take it off the heat and add in rose syrup. Mix well.
  6. Take popsicle mould, fill the mould with cooked semiya.
  7. Top with the rose milk mix.
  8. Freeze overnight.
  9. Remove the mould and run it under tap water.
  10. Unmould and serve.
