Serves: 12 samosa
Super easy and cheesy samosa which takes less than 10 mins to make. You can make a whole bunch of it and freeze for future use.
  • Samosa Patti as needed
  • Cheese - 1 cup grated (i used cheddar)
  • Oregano -1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 tblsp
  • Water - 2 tblsp
  1. Mix cheese with salt, red chilli flakes and oregano. Set aside.
  2. Take samosa patti and spoon some filling in the top corner. Fold it in triangles and keep doing this till it come to the end.
  3. Mix flour with water to form a paste. Use this paste to seal the edges.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil till golden and crispy.
  5. Drain and set aside.
