This one is my favorite popsicle. On hot summer days when the weather is too hot for having a hot cup of coffee then this one is perfect.
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Sweetened condensed milk - ¼ cup
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Instant Coffee Powder - 1.5 tblsp
  1. Take milk, condensed milk and sugar and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add coffee powder and whisk till frothy.
  3. Cool this down and pour it into popsicle mould.
  4. Freeze overnight.
  5. Run the mould under tap water and unmould.
  6. Serve.
