Excellent egg crepe recipe! Most people comment about how great the recipes are without trying them out. I’ve made it at least four times. It fixes dinner for 2-3 people within 15 mins. Easy for hungry teens to rustle up a snack on their own. If you leave the batter out for a while and slow cook it fluffs up. I substitute low-fat milk for a portion of water for a smooth and creamy texture.
