One of my lovely viewer asked this recipe, she insisted me for so many days and thank god she did that, because of that i tried it and instantly fell in love with it..This is like super easy pudding. The only cooking involved in this pudding is melting china grass or agar agar in milk. Thats it, super easy..You can check out my mango pudding, china grass pudding, cherry panacotta and many more..

I used apple puree in this pudding because i had some apples on hand, But you can use any fruit as you like starting from mangoes, strawberries, papaya, banana or even tender coconut flesh. The options are pretty much endless. I will soon share the different versions of this pudding..So give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you..
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 5 to 10 mins
Chilling Time : 30 mins
Serves : 1 or 2

Ingredients:
Apples – 1 small or 3/4 cup of chopped apple
Milk – 1/2 cup + 1 cup
Condensed Milk / Milkmaid – 1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
China Grass / Agar Agar – 5 gm

For Topping:
Tutti Fruity
Finely Chopped apples

Method:
Take apples, 1/2 cup milk in a blender and make it into a fine puree.
Take milk in a sauce pan, add in agar agar. Mix well and let it soak for 10 mins.
Now heat it so the agar agar is melted.
Once it is melted, add in apple puree, condensed milk and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour this into a serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 mins.
Before serving top it with tutti fruity and chopped apples.
Always serve cold.

    Hi Aarthi,
Your pudding looks so delicious. Thanks for sharing it. I have 'instant china grass powder'. Can you let me know how to use in your recipe instead of China grass.
    Thanks,
    Rev
