One of my lovely viewer asked this recipe, she insisted me for so many days and thank god she did that, because of that i tried it and instantly fell in love with it..This is like super easy pudding. The only cooking involved in this pudding is melting china grass or agar agar in milk. Thats it, super easy..You can check out my mango pudding, china grass pudding, cherry panacotta and many more..

I used apple puree in this pudding because i had some apples on hand, But you can use any fruit as you like starting from mangoes, strawberries, papaya, banana or even tender coconut flesh. The options are pretty much endless. I will soon share the different versions of this pudding..So give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you..

      Hi Aarthi,
Your pudding looks so delicious. Thanks for sharing it. I have 'instant china grass powder'. Can you let me know how to use in your recipe instead of China grass.
      Thanks,
      Rev
