    Eggless Dates & Chocolate Mousse Recipe - Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse Recipe

    After my success with my eggless chocolate mousse, i got confident to try different trypes of mousse..These mousse are so rich and chocolaty. Love every mouthful of them.

    This is one recipe which i saw in a cookbook and immediately tried it..It is eggless and sugarfree. So creamy and fluffy and yummy.

    Preparation Time : 15 mins
    Serves : 3 to 4


    Ingredients:

    Dates - 10 to 12 chopped
    Milk - ¼ cup
    Ghee - ½ tsp
    Dark Chocolate - 1 cup chopped or use chips
    Whipping Cream - 1 cup


    Method:

    Take chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt it gently till melted, you can melt it in microwave or double boiler.Set aside to cool a bit.

    Whip cream till soft peaks are formed. Set aside.

    Take dates and ghee in a pan and fry for a min. Take it in blender and add in milk. Puree them and set aside.

    Now take chocolate in a bowl, add in dates mix and fold gently. Now fold in the cream and mix gently till combined.

    Spoon this into glasses and chill for couple of hours.

    Serve cold.

    now take the cooled chocolate in a bowl

    now add in the cream

    fold gently

    fold well

    now it is all mixed up

    Take your serving glass

    spoon  the mousse in

    now it is all filled up

    pur it in fridge to set

      The cream scares me .... 🙂 . I am on a diet :-). But the pictures look so yummy that i cant resist myself from trying this out.
