Eggless Orange Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe
- Orange Pulp - ½ cup / 120 ml
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup / 120 grams
- Jaggery or Brown Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams
- Water - ¼ cup / 60 ml
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Oil - ¼ cup / 60 ml
- Chocolate Chips - ½ cup
- Baking Soda -½ tsp
- Preheat oven to 180 degree. Line cupcake tray with wrappers and set aside.
- Take jaggery and water in a bowl and whisk till it is melted. Strain this and add it in a bowl.
- Now add orange pulp, oil, vanilla and mix well.
- Add in wheat flour, baking soda and mix well.
- Use an ice cream scoop to fill the cupcake tray.
- Top with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20 to 25 mins.
- Remove and serve.
